Senator Takubo moved to amend the House amendment to the bill on page 1, subsection (c), by striking out the words “Chancellor for Community and Technical College Education” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Superintendent of Schools, in consultation with the Chancellor for Community and Technical College Education”.
